RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Terms and conditions of Sapindus Biotech Private Limited’s (hereinafter referred to as “CANNADEL”, “We”, or “Us”) Returns and Exchange Policy:
CANNADEL endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and without any hassle. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
For any incorrect product delivered to you where the delivered product does not match the item in your order confirmation, we are happy to exchange your product for a replacement. Please note, that the seal of the outer carton of any incorrect item delivered has to be intact for an exchange request to be fulfilled by us.
If any product delivered to you has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are happy to exchange your product for a replacement.
Only requests for exchange made within 48 hours of delivery of your consignment shall be considered by us. Any items exchanged for the first time will be free of cost to you.
If you receive a defective product and request an exchange of the item within the stipulated 48 hour time period from delivery of consignment, and if the product of your choice is not in stock, we will, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 10 working days from time of receipt of returned product to us. The refund shall be made through any online mode of payment.
Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.
To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91 9324982655 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at cannadelindia@gmail.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will investigate the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours. We typically make a reverse pick-up within 3-4 working days.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution to exchange requests as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
International Orders: if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect the order from our Shipping agency, Sapindus Biotech Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable to provide a refund.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at "CANNADEL.com". Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
• All orders are processed within a maximum of 2-3 business days of confirmation of order. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. From the point the order is dispatched, we strive to deliver the order within 3-5 working days, depending on the geography, however, your order will definitely be delivered to you within a maximum of 7-9 working days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will inform you of the delay immediately and work to get your consignment to you as soon as possible.
• For all international orders, you are requested to write to us at cannadelindia@gmail.com and we will service the order offline.
• CANNADEL via its courier partners will deliver to the recipient at the address indicated at the time of checkout, or to someone other than the person or entity named at the time of checkout having apparent authority to accept the shipment in the name and on behalf of the recipient. There is no obligation to deliver a shipment to the recipient personally and the courier partner may deliver to someone other than the person named at the time of checkout.
• Cash on Delivery service is available in a limited service area. We are always working to expand our deliverable area, however in the case where the customers PIN Code is out of our delivery partners’ serviceable area, CANNADEL will be able to ship the consignment only on a pre-paid basis via the best alternative option available.
• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and the website tracking link. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
• In the rare case, there may be a delay in delivery of your consignment due to floods/ heavy rains/ natural calamity/ national bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/ regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order.
• CANNADEL.IN is not responsible for any extra customs, octroi and taxes that are applied to your order which is dependent upon the State/Constituency to which the shipment must be delivered. All fees imposed after shipping are responsibility of the customer.
• If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• Our Courier partners may, at its option, or upon the request of the competent authorities, open and inspect any shipment at any time, and shall incur no liability of any kind, therefore.
• The proof of delivery or other alternate documentation evidencing delivery of the shipment will be furnished provided a request in that behalf is made within 7 days of booking of the shipment.
• A shipment shall be considered to be undeliverable if
o the recipient's address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect or cannot be located,
o the recipient fails or refuses to accept delivery or sign or pay for delivery of any shipment,
o the shipment would likely cause damage or delay to other shipments or goods, or injury to persons,
o the shipment is detained or otherwise unable to clear local or State boundaries,
o if a recipient of a Collect on Delivery (COD) shipment fails or refuses on such delivery to pay the COD amount.
• From time to time there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
• In case the customer wants to change the delivery address after confirmation of the order, we will levy a charge of INR 200/- for the same.
• Our courier partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the consignment and after which the consignment will be deemed rejected
